Acceptable Use Policy
What nobody may do on Partnely: unlawful use, fraud on tracking, abuse of people or platforms, how to report it, and the consequences.
1.Purpose
This policy applies to everyone who uses Partnely: brands, creators and affiliates, and anyone using the API. It is part of the Terms of Service. It exists so that the ledger stays honest, partners are treated fairly, and the platforms and people the service touches are respected.
2.Prohibited uses
- Anything unlawful, including the sale or promotion of goods or services that are illegal where they are sold or promoted, and any use that breaks sanctions or export rules.
- Infringing anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights, or using content you have no right to use.
- Fraud on the tracking system: faking clicks or orders, self-referrals, cookie stuffing, manipulating attribution parameters, using stolen payment details, or reversing genuine orders to avoid paying commission.
- Harassing, threatening or deceiving anyone, including partners, brands, shoppers and our staff.
- Spam and unsolicited messages of any kind, on any channel.
- Uploading malware, probing or attacking our systems or anyone else's, or trying to get access you are not entitled to.
- Scraping, copying or mirroring the service or its data, or using automated tools against it beyond the documented API and its rate limits.
- Circumventing plan limits, access controls, verification or any technical measure.
- Impersonating a person, a brand or the service, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any of them.
- Running a program for products the brand is not entitled to sell, or for pyramid, multi-level or get-rich-quick schemes.
3.Traffic and promotion rules
Partners promote only in the ways the Creator and Affiliate Terms allow. In particular: no self-referrals, no cookie stuffing, no posting of codes on unauthorised coupon sites, no trademark bidding without the brand's written permission, no incentivised clicks, no bots or bought traffic, no misleading claims, and a clear disclosure on every post that carries a link or a code.
Brands do not ask partners to break those rules, do not withhold disclosure guidance, and do not use partners' data outside the program.
4.Platform connections
Connections to store platforms and social networks go only through the platform's official interface under the account holder's own authorisation. No scraping, no browser automation, no shared passwords, no bought followers or engagement, and no message or reply that breaks the platform's rules. When a platform revokes access, the connection stops and the account holder is told.
5.Security
Keep your credentials and API keys private and rotate a key you believe is exposed. Report a vulnerability you find to hello@partnely.app rather than exploiting or publishing it; we will acknowledge within two working days and will not take action against good-faith research that respects this policy.
6.Enforcement
We may investigate any suspected breach, and may warn, suspend or close an account, remove content, cancel links, withhold or reverse commission on orders that came from prohibited traffic, and report unlawful conduct to the authorities. Brands may remove a partner from their program for a breach and may withhold commission on the affected orders, as the program agreement provides. Unless the law prevents it, we tell the account holder what we did, why, and how to ask us to review the decision.
7.Reporting abuse
To report content or conduct that breaks this policy or the law, use the "Report this page" link on the creator page, program page or media kit concerned, or write to abuse@partnely.app with the links, accounts and evidence involved. How reports are handled is set out in the Terms of Service.
