For brands · Ambassador program

Pay creators for the posts they make each month.

Offer products, a fee or store credit for a set number of posts a month. Each ambassador first signs your brief, a short page of what they get and what to post, then submits each post and is paid with your next payout.

Free to start, and the fees you pay ambassadors carry no fee from Partnely. Paid plans start with Essential, at $29 a month. What it costs

An ambassador reads what they receive, the posts a month, how you may reuse them and your guidelines, and signs by typing their name.

Then each month is a list: a row for every post, the state of each, and the fees owed to them so far.

Is it for your store?

It fits
A brand that wants steady content from a group of creators it chose, whatever each post sells.
You need
Products to send or a budget for fees, and a PayPal business account to pay the fees from.
It is not for
Paying only for the sales a creator brings; that is the affiliate program, and the two can run side by side.

How it works

  1. Set it up in seven steps

The guide asks for the name, what they receive, what they post, the guidelines, the usage rights, the page's look and the link to share.

  2. Share the program page

A store that also runs the affiliate program gets a second public page for this one, each linking to the other.

  3. Ambassadors read and sign

Your brief comes first: what they receive, what they post and how you may reuse the posts, in plain rows they sign by name.

  4. Approve who joins

Applications arrive with their channels, under the same screening and declines as the affiliate program.

  5. A list of posts every month

Each ambassador sees the posts the month asks for and submits each one, from their library or a pasted link.

  6. Approve each post

Approve it or ask for changes; approving records your right to reuse it, as the brief says, and owes its fee.

  7. Fees paid with your payouts

What you owe for approved posts is paid with the next payout from your own PayPal, beside any commission.

What you can set

What they receive
Products from your catalog or in your own words, a fee per post or per month, store credit, or several of these.
A commission beside it
Add a rate on the orders their link brings, so they earn on what they sell as well.
Posts a month and their kinds
How many posts each month asks for, and which kinds count: a reel, a story, a post, a video or a kind of your own.
Guidelines and files
What to show and say, the disclosure line, and the files they need, as part of the brief.
Usage rights
None, organic, or organic and paid ads, with an end date, stated before anyone signs.
Who may join
Open to anyone who signs, or reviewed by you, in a region you name.
A page of its own
On a store that runs both programs, a page in the affiliate page's look or in one of twelve looks of its own.
Your own terms
A link to terms of your own in the brief, and from Essential ($29 a month) your own terms attached as a PDF.

What it costs

On every plan, Free included.

Compare plans

The fees you pay ambassadors go from your own PayPal and carry no fee from Partnely. Only the orders their links bring carry the plan's share: $4 on a hundred-dollar order on Free.

Free has no monthly price. Paid plans start at $29 a month and are free for 14 days, and a store on Shopify pays through its Shopify bill.

Questions

Short answers. If yours is not here, write to us and a person replies.

How is this different from the affiliate program?

The affiliate program pays a share of each sale a creator brings. The ambassador program pays for the posts themselves, with products, a fee or store credit, and can add a commission beside it.

Can I run both?

Yes. A store that runs both has two public pages, its affiliate page and its ambassador page, and each links to the other.

What do ambassadors sign?

The program agreement when they join, and your brief before anything is asked: what they receive, what they post, the guidelines and the usage rights, kept as a copy for both of you.

How are fees paid?

Each approved post owes its fee, and the fees owed are paid with the next payout from your own PayPal, on the program's schedule.

What if a post is not right?

Ask for changes with a note. The next version arrives in the same place, and nothing is owed for it until you approve it.

Can I reuse their posts?

As the brief's usage rights say, which every ambassador reads before signing; approving a post writes those rights onto it.
