For brands · Loyalty
Give your customers a reason to come back.
Points or store credit on every order your store sends, rewards to spend them on, and VIP tiers that multiply what an order earns, on a page in your own design.
Free to start, and loyalty adds nothing to your bill by itself. VIP tiers come with Essential ($29 a month). What it costs
What your customers see
Their balance, how far the next tier is, and what their points buy.
- $5 off your next order500 points
- Free shipping750 points
- $15 off orders over $751,500 points
- 20% off one order3,000 points
A customer opens their page from a link or by naming an order, and sees their balance, their tier and the rewards they can take.
A points panel on your storefront shows the same balance, and your product pages show the points an order would earn.
Is it for your store?
- It fits
- A store whose customers buy more than once, and would come back sooner for a reward.
- You need
- A store connected through the Shopify app, the WooCommerce plugin or Stripe, so its own orders earn points; rewards are made on Shopify, through the plugin, or from codes you paste.
- It is not for
- Rewarding a referral; customer referrals do that, and run beside it.
How it works
Choose points or store credit
Points for every unit of your currency, or a share of each order handed back as credit.
Add the rewards
An amount off, a percentage off, free shipping or a free product, each with its cost in points.
Add the extras
Sign-up, birthday and milestone points, and bonus campaigns on a collection between two dates.
Add VIP tiers
Tiers reached on a rolling year, each with its own multiplier, from Essential ($29 a month).
Design the page
One of twelve looks with your own header, steps and pictures, and a points panel on your storefront.
Customers earn
Points land when the store sends the order, go back when it is refunded, and expire after the months you choose.
They spend them
A reward becomes a single-use code, and on Shopify store credit is spent at checkout with no code at all.
What you can set
- Points or store credit
- Points on every order, or a share of the subtotal handed back as credit, chosen while nobody holds a balance.
- Rewards
- An amount off, a percentage off, free shipping or a free product, each made as a single-use code.
- Bonus campaigns
- Extra points between two dates, on every order or on a collection, a type or chosen products.
- Birthday and milestones
- Points on a birthday given in time, and a bonus on every so many orders.
- VIP tiers
- Reached on the points earned in a rolling year, each with its own multiplier, from Essential ($29 a month).
- Expiry
- How many months after a balance last changed its points expire.
- Codes on any platform
- Made on Shopify and through the WooCommerce plugin, or handed out from a list you paste for each reward.
- Store credit at checkout
- On Shopify with the app, credit lands on the customer's own store-credit account and is spent with no code to type.
- The page and the panel
- In one of twelve looks, with a points panel on your storefront.
What it costs
One loyalty program on every plan. VIP tiers from Essential ($29 a month).
Loyalty adds nothing to your bill by itself. Partnely's share is taken only on the orders a creator or a referrer brings: $4 on a hundred-dollar order on Free.
Free has no monthly price. Paid plans start at $29 a month and are free for 14 days, and a store on Shopify pays through its Shopify bill.
Questions
Short answers. If yours is not here, write to us and a person replies.
Points or store credit: which should I pick?
Points suit rewards people choose from a list. Store credit hands back money they spend on their next order, and on Shopify it is spent at checkout with no code. You choose while nobody holds a balance.
Do customers need an account?
No. They open their page from a link in an email, or by naming an order and the address it was placed with.
What happens when an order is refunded?
The points it earned go back in the same share, a bonus included.
Can I bring balances I already have?
Yes. Import a list of balances, and importing the same list twice changes nothing.
Which rewards can I offer on my platform?
On Shopify and WooCommerce every reward is made as a code the moment it is taken; on any other platform you paste a list of codes for each reward.
Does it change my affiliate program?
No. It runs beside it, and the affiliate program works the same with it switched off.
The other programs
Every program runs from the same dashboard, so adding one later changes nothing you already run.
