- The percentage is taken on attributed sales: what the shopper paid for the products in every order a creator sent, after discounts and excluding VAT, sales tax and shipping. Gift cards and subscription renewals count only if the store pays commission on them. A $100 order at 10% commission costs you $10 to the creator and, on Essential, $2.90 to Partnely.
- Only attributed orders count. Orders nobody sent cost nothing, and reversed orders carry no fee. Fees are calculated per order and invoiced monthly with the plan. Paying creators carries no fee from Partnely, whether they are paid automatically through your own PayPal or by bank transfer with export files.
- Free has no monthly price and no trial to run out. Paid plans are free for 14 days, no card needed.
- An active creator is one whose links were clicked that month. Paused and pending creators do not count.
- Several stores or regions? One login can run any number of stores. Each store has its own plan, keys and ledger; ask us about agency billing.
- Creators and affiliates pay nothing to join a program, use their links or get paid. Pro, at $9 a month, is for the ones who want to link outside the platform from their page.

- What exactly is the percentage on?
- On the order subtotal of orders attributed to creators: what the shopper paid for the products, after discounts and excluding VAT, sales tax and shipping. Gift cards count only if the store pays commission on gift cards, and subscription renewals only if it pays commission on renewals. A $100 sale with a 5% creator commission costs $5 to the creator and, on Free, $4 to Partnely. Orders nobody sent cost nothing, and reversed orders carry no fee.
- Why a percentage at all?
- It lets a program start at no monthly cost and keeps the paid plans low. We earn more only when creators bring in more sales.
- How is the platform paid?
- One monthly invoice: the plan price plus the percentage on the orders approved in that month, charged to the card on file under Settings, Billing. An approved order is final, so a refund after approval does not change the invoice. Enterprise is billed on invoice.
- How do creators get paid?
- Automatically through your own PayPal, or by bank transfer. Connect the store's PayPal business account under Payouts and creators who gave a PayPal account are paid on your payout schedule, straight from your PayPal balance. Everyone else is paid by bank transfer or another method, with export files ready to upload to your bank, Wise or PayPal, and you record each payout with its reference, so you and the creator see the same record. Partnely never holds that money and takes no fee on payouts; PayPal's own fee is the store's.
- Can creators pay for anything?
- Only if they want to. Joining programs, links, codes, campaigns, the page and payouts are free. Pro, $9 a month, is for linking outside the platform (any address on the page), any number of posts on the page and no platform line at its foot. Nothing they pay changes what a brand pays.
- What happens at a limit?
- Tracking never stops and no order goes unrecorded. The feature that reached its limit, say the sixth email campaign on Essential, asks for the next plan; everything else keeps running.
- Can an agency or an employee set this up?
- Yes. Anyone with the login can run it, and one login can own several stores, so an agency runs each client from the same account with a switcher. Team logins with separate roles are not available yet.
- Which platforms are included?
- All of them. Shopify, WooCommerce and Stripe send us orders directly. Every other store uses the same snippet and order API on every plan; the rest of the REST API comes with Growth.
