The whole setup is in the product. An owner, an employee or an agency can do it without us.
- 01
Connect the store
Pick Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe or any other platform. Orders start arriving by webhook or through one snippet on the thank-you page.
- 02
Set the terms once
Default rate, per-product and per-creator overrides, attribution window, and how long after delivery an order is approved.
- 03
Invite creators and affiliates
Share the program page. Applications arrive with verified channels or pages attached, and everyone who joins signs the program agreement.

Approve and pay from the ledger
Every order shows how it was matched. Approve, reverse, or let a rule do it, then pay creators automatically through the brand's own PayPal or by bank transfer.
The program you would build yourself, if you had the time.
Most brands run creator and affiliate deals with discount codes and a spreadsheet, and pay whatever the partner says they earned. This replaces that with tracking you can check and a ledger you both trust.
partnely.app/r/8k2q1zrpartnely.app/r/8k2q1zr?utm_source=instagramPRIYA12Every creator and affiliate gets links and a code, in one paste.
They paste any product or page URL and get a tracked link, a version for each channel, a QR code and their coupon. Each link has its own id, so you know which post sold.

Orders are matched to the partner automatically.
The store tells Partnely about each order. Partnely finds the partner behind it, applies the right rate, and adds the row. You approve after the return window.
One ledger, read by both sides.
The orders page and the partner's earnings page are the same rows. Payouts are recorded against them. Nobody reconciles a spreadsheet at month end.

- No paid search ads on the Marlowe Skin name.
Each copy is frozen as it was signed, with the name, the time and both versions.
Every creator signs the terms before the first link.
The program agreement is written from the store's own settings: the rate, the attribution window, when creators are paid and the minimum. Creators sign it when they join by typing their name.
- The brand's own clausesFrom Essential up, add rules of the program's own, such as disclosure wording or no paid search on the brand name. A change is announced to creators by email and takes effect on the date the brand sets.
- A frozen copy for both sidesThe text exactly as it was signed, with the name, the time and the version, open to the brand and the creator at any time.
Send product to twenty creators at once.
Campaigns turn one offer into many partnerships: gift a product, boost the rate on a launch, pay a flat fee for content, or brief a post. Creators and affiliates apply, you accept, ship and close the loop when the post is live. Orders through campaign links roll up to the campaign.
- GiftingShip product, collect addresses once, track who posted.
- Boosted rateA higher commission on one product for a period.
- Flat feeA fixed amount per accepted partner, deliverables listed.
- Content briefTell partners what to make and where.
Approve the content, or ask for changes.
Creators in a campaign hand in each deliverable as a post from their library or a pasted address. Approve it, or send it back with a note; the next round arrives in the same place, and every earlier round stays on the record beside the clicks and orders the campaign link brought in.
Approved posts show on the creator’s media kit.
Note from Hana: label in daylight at the start, #ad in the first line.
Your feedback: show the label in daylight, and put #ad in the first line of the caption.
Write to the whole program, or the right part of it.
Welcome a new batch, announce a launch, raise a rate for a month or bring back the quiet ones. Pick a segment, start from a template, preview it with one creator's fields filled in, and see what was sent and what failed for each recipient. Replies go to the brand's own address.
Emails a month: Free 1 to 100 recipients · Essential 5 to 1,000 recipients · Growth no limit, 10,000 recipients each.

Hi Lena,
From today until October 15, every order of the Vitamin C Serum you send pays 15% instead of 12%.

Every order shows its work.
How it was matched, which rate applied, why it was reversed. Disputes end at the row instead of in a thread.
- Rates that fit the catalogA default for the store, a different rate for the hero product, a better rate for the partner who earned it.
- Approval that follows returnsOrders wait out the return window, then approve on their own. Refunds reverse the commission with the reason on the row.
- Signals worth a lookA partner's own email, the same customer twice, an order seconds after the click: flagged before you approve on Growth and Enterprise, never blocked silently.
- A page you controlThe public program page carries your colours, your perks, your requirements and your open campaigns.

How the money moves.
Two flows, kept apart. The brand pays the platform for its plan and a share of approved sales. The brand pays its creators and affiliates directly, automatically through its own PayPal or by bank transfer, and every payout is recorded; the platform never holds that money and takes no fee on it.

The card and any bank debit are entered on the payment provider’s own pages. The platform keeps the label and the provider’s id.
One invoice: the plan price and a percentage of the orders creators sent that were approved that month. Orders reversed while pending are never billed.

Automatically through the brand's own PayPal on its payout schedule, or by bank transfer, and every payout is recorded on the ledger. The platform never holds this money.
To each creator's PayPal account, or by bank transfer to the details they gave, on both ledgers.
No card data on the platform
Cards are entered on the payment provider's own pages, and the platform keeps a label. Creators' bank and PayPal details are stored encrypted and shown in full only to a brand that owes them.
Signed webhooks
Every message from the payment provider is checked against its signature and recorded once by its id, so a repeated message changes nothing.
Approval before payout
Orders wait out the store's return window before they are approved, and on Growth and Enterprise orders that raise a risk signal are flagged first. Only approved orders are paid or billed.
How an order finds its creator.
Attribution fails at the edges: the shopper who browses for a week, the checkout on another domain, the code read out on a story. Partnely tries four signals in order and logs the reason when none match, so nothing disappears quietly.
- 1Creator shares a link

- aLanding URL
Shopify and WooCommerce keep the URL the shopper arrived on. Our id is on it.
- bCart stamp
The snippet writes the id to the cart, so it survives a week of browsing.
- cCoupon code
The creator's code is on the order. No click needed.
- dSnippet or API
The thank-you page or the store's server sends the order with the id.
