For brands · Affiliate program
Pay creators a share of every sale they bring.
Every creator who joins gets a tracked link and a coupon code, orders are matched from the checkout you already run, and commission is paid from your own PayPal on the terms they signed.
Free to start: $4 on each hundred dollars of sales a creator brings, on top of their commission. Paid plans start with Essential, at $29 a month. What it costs
What your creators see
Their link and their code for any page, and what each product pays.

A creator opens your brand and finds a tracked link for any page of the store, a version for each channel, their own code and what each product earns them.
Every order they bring shows on their earnings as soon as it is recorded, with the same status and the same reason your Orders page shows.
Is it for your store?
- It fits
- A store that sells online, on Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe or any other checkout, with creators, publishers or fans who already talk about it.
- You need
- A store to connect and a PayPal business account, since creators can join only once your PayPal is connected.
- It is not for
- Paying for posts whatever they sell; that is the ambassador program, which can run beside this one.
How it works
Connect the store
Install the Shopify app or the WooCommerce plugin, connect Stripe, or add one tracking code to any other checkout.
Set the terms
Pick the rate, how many days a click counts and when an order is approved, and add rules where one product pays differently.
Design the program page
Choose one of twelve looks, write your perks and add the questions every applicant answers.
Connect PayPal
Creators can join once your PayPal business account is connected, so nobody promotes a program that cannot pay.
Creators apply and sign
Each one reads the agreement filled from your settings and signs it by name, and you approve them or let them in at once.
Orders find their creator
Their code, a click inside the window, the order's own attributes or its landing address, tried in that order, with the reason on every order.
Approve, then pay
Orders approve themselves after your return window, and PayPal pays every creator on your schedule from your own account.
What you can set
- Commission and rules
- A default rate, rates per product, category and creator, and rules in priority order for new customers, order size, codes or countries.
- Performance tiers and a bonus
- A ladder creators climb by what they sell, each tier paying more, with a one-off bonus on reaching one.
- A rate for a group
- Put creators in a group with a rate of its own, and give the group a join link of its own.
- Promotion rules
- Yes or no on bidding for your name, coupon sites, other codes and the claims they may make, shown in the agreement before anyone signs.
- Who gets in
- Screening by country, category, audience size or the words in an application, and declines for now or for good.
- Campaigns on dates
- Send products, raise a rate, pay a fee, ask for content, run a contest or share a sale, for everyone or for chosen groups.
- Approval and payouts
- How long an order waits before it approves itself, the payout schedule and the minimum, all written into the agreement.
- Your own link parameters
- Tags you add to every creator's link, such as your own source and campaign, filled in for each creator.
- The program on your own site
- A card that invites visitors to become creators, placed with the Shopify theme block, the WooCommerce shortcode or two pasted lines.
- Your own clauses
- From Essential ($29 a month), rules of the program's own in the agreement, or your own terms attached as a PDF.
What it costs
On every plan, Free included.
On Free, an order of a hundred dollars that a creator brings costs $4 to Partnely, on top of what you pay them, and the paid plans take a smaller share.
Free has no monthly price. Paid plans start at $29 a month and are free for 14 days, and a store on Shopify pays through its Shopify bill.
Questions
Short answers. If yours is not here, write to us and a person replies.
How is an order matched to a creator?
Their own coupon code first, then a click inside the window you set, then the order's own attributes or its landing address. One creator per order, and an order that matched nobody says why.
What happens when an order is refunded?
A pending order is reversed with the reason, or lowered when part of it comes back: by each item's own rate where the items are named, in proportion where only an amount is. Once it approves after your return window, the commission is final and never taken back.
How do creators get paid?
From your own PayPal business account, on the schedule and minimum in the agreement, with PayPal's answer on every payment written to the ledger. Partnely never holds that money and takes no fee on payouts.
Can I change the rate later?
Yes. A change applies when you save it, or on a later date you pick, and every creator is told by email. A creator who does not want the new terms can leave.
Can some creators earn more than others?
Yes: a rate for one creator, a rate for a group, performance tiers that raise a rate as they sell, and campaigns that raise it for a while.
Do creators pay anything?
No. Joining, links, codes, campaigns and payouts are free for them.
