Customer Referral Terms

1.What this is

These are the terms of sfd's customer referral program, run on Partnely. By ticking the box on your referral page, or by sharing your link or code, you accept them. sfd is the party that rewards you; Partnely keeps the record of clicks, orders and rewards for both of you.

2.Your link and code

You get one personal link and, where the store makes one, a code. Share them with people you know, on your own channels. Do not post them to coupon or deal sites, browser extensions, forums or ads, and do not present yourself as the store.

A friend who orders with your code gets 15% off, once, on their first order at the store. The link alone applies no discount; the code carries it.

3.Your reward

You earn 5% for each friend's first order placed through your link or with your code. The reward is paid as store credit. Store credit is a discount on a future purchase at sfd; it is not money, cannot be paid out, and is worth nothing outside the store.

The friend's order must come to at least $100.00 in products after discounts, before tax and shipping; a smaller order earns nothing.

A reward is pending until the friend's order passes the store's return period (when the store approves the order). If the order is refunded or cancelled before then, the reward is withdrawn. Once the store approves the order, the reward is final.

At most 25 referrals a month earn a reward; further referrals in the month earn nothing.

Rewards are paid when the store runs its payouts, after the order is approved, as store credit on your customer account or a single-use code for the amount. Any tax on a reward is your own affair.

4.What does not count

Your own orders, orders placed from the same internet address as yours, and orders by customers who already bought from the store are not referrals and earn nothing. Orders that come from bought traffic, bots, incentives you offered without the store's permission, or a code shared where these terms forbid it earn nothing, and the store may withdraw a reward still pending and pause your link and code.

5.Your data

Partnely keeps your referral link, your code, the clicks on them, the orders they brought in and your reward balance, for as long as the Partnely privacy notice describes. Where the store invites its customers by email, Partnely keeps the email address you ordered with, encrypted, for this store only, stops writing to it when you unsubscribe, and deletes it when the store switches those invitations off, twelve months after your last order, or when the store closes.

6.Changes and ending

The store may change the reward, the offer or the caps for future orders, and may end the program at any time; rewards already approved are still paid. You may leave at any time by writing to the store. Rewards on orders still pending when the program ends are paid if the store approves them.
